When we touch something, it is also touching us.

Given that touch is so important for our health, mental and physical, what’s it like when we touch (what we may think of as) inanimate objects?

And what if, instead of thinking of them as inanimate, we took an animist view of the world around us?

If we felt the chair we sat on or the stone we picked up was imbued with spirit and alive, how much more connected to our world would we feel?

How much more resourced?

And what impact might that have on our health and sense of well-being?
